DESCRIPTION
breedR: an statistical R-package for genetic evaluation of trees The R Package for the genetic evaluation of trees was developed within the UMR Biofora. It provides both frequentist and Bayesian statistical tools to build predictive models for breeders, quantitative geneticists and forest genetic resource analysis communities. BreedR aims to assess the genetic value of individuals in a number of different situations, including spatial autocorrelation, genetic/environmental interaction and competition. http://www.trees4future.eu/tools/breedr.html
